I have a baby and I want it to become a toddler. In order though, I need 5 lifestyle points for the birthday cake. The thing is I only have 2 lifestyle points! Some people say that by doing goals you can earn them. I do not agree! The reason is that I completed the goals for the mystery island because my regular goals require 2 pre-teens (which I do not have) but the goals I completed gave me simolens!! Also people tell me that dogs and cats dig and give you simolens so I guess that is my next step, building the pet shop! Wish me luck!! (If you have any other ideas please comment)
I have the same problem! Here is an idea for the developers: Make a section to where you can swap simoleons for lifestyle points!!! Idea for now: Look at the give me free lp! section of the home store and search for "easy" stuff.
But you need LP to buy a pet so that probably won't help you. You might have to just break down and invest $2 in buying some LP. The game is fun and the developers deserve to earn something for the loads of hours and skill they put into creating the game.
I also have that same problem. I'm on the toddler quest and I need to bake a cake for 5LP. I only have 4, and it's really hard to earn more. Is there a cheat to get free LP? At least one? Also, do you need to bake 2 birthday cakes to change 2 babies into toddlers, or just one? I think the company should give the option to trade simoleons for LP.
If you have finished the nanny quest, then you should go inside the baby store through the map. There is a highchair that says it costs 10 social points. Click on it many times, and buy it. It will then congratulate you on your purchase. Keep doing this several times and it will raise your town value. Your town gives you a certain number of life points if you reach a target. But if you sell them for simple and then it will decrease your town value.
I need 21 life points to get my 2 toddlers to preteens, and get two more babies! Posibbly three more to get my sims married, but not to sure yet. How do I get life points without buying them?!? My town value is high, so it's hard to get more town value up. Leveling up will take a while as well because I'm level 18. Please help!!
I have the exact same problem... and it's SO annoying as I tried really hard to complete the toddler quest and then earn loads of simoleans so I can make the toddlers bedrooms and stuff and now I can't even make my babies into toddlers! BTW imagine if we had to pay for our babies to grow up in real life... lol
Iam playing the sims freeplay too but iam very sad because i want my puppy to grow into an adult i need birthday biscuits to turn my puppy into an adult but i need 15LP and i have an exact 15LP but i need lifestyle points for other quests how can i have enough Lifestyle points please help me TNX!!!!!!!!
I have found the cooking hobby very helpful in acquiring LPs. I am 16th level and have 48 LPs because I will have 5 or 6 Sims go on a cooking spree to collect all the 18 cooking collectables, then turn them in for 5 LPs, then start over again the next day to complete another collection, which equals another 5 LPs, and so on. It can get a little frustrating waiting for that final piece of the collection, but I always have the LPs I need.
Best way I've found so far to get LP is to spam the 1 minute cooking skill with a bunch of sims. Put them all in the same room with a bunch of stoves and toasters, get rid of the door, throw 2 pets into the lot to grab what you can from them and just spam the cooking skill. You get 5 LP from finishing the collection and then you start again... you also get 1 LP for getting your sims skill to 6 if your sims cooking isn't at the top yet. I don't even bother cleaning the dishes and just let them stack up but that is personal preference. And of course the pets can give you LP every now and then too. I got over 50LP in one day and 50,000 coin and went up 2 and a half levels from lvl 21 to 23.
Believe it or not, I made one of my sims propose to another with the dinosaur vending machine ring and it worked on my third try. I made them be romantic once first, then woohoo, then I put two rose pots down, worked the third time. I was in shock, way better than saving up lps. I tried it on another couple but didn't put roses down, it didn't work. I'm going to try again, making them be romantic, woohoo, and I'll put roses down. It will probably work then. This is worth trying if you have extra simoleons laying around.
