Premium Residencies is a feature that was added in the Beachside Lots Update 3.4.0 on March 14 2013. Beachside lots are twice the size of standard lots but they also cost more than a standard lot. The Beachside Escape is an excluively premium lot, possibly due to its size. Houses are double the price.
