Kids tree house
If you complete within the 7 day time limit, you can win a Kids Treehouse for your pre-teen Sims to play in. The treehouse can also be used by other age groups (excluding Toddlers and Babies) who can relax inside. If you don't finish, you will win nothing.
The treehouse can found in the Outdoor Decorations section of the Home Store; the first one is free after that they cost 60 LPs!
