An Alien Concept: Weather Machines is a task for all new players of the Sims Freeplay. It will be available after the completion of the Preteen quest.

11. Negotiate with a Sim Eating Plant (3 min)
12. Read Fine Literature (13 hours)
13. Warn Simanity (1 day)
14. Make Herbal Tea (2 min)
15. Watch a Movie Marathon (8-10 hours, varies by star value of TV.)
16. Be Rude to Osiris (10 seconds)
17. Woo-Hoo (5 minutes)
18. Deep Sleep (6-8 hours depending on bed)
19. Buy a World Globe ($10,000)
20. Plot World Domination (10 hours)
21. Be Funny to Osiris (10 seconds)
22. Play Electronica on a Stereo (1 Star - 3 min, 2 Star - 2 min, 3 Star - 1 min)

Once the quest is completed, the Weather Machine will be unlocked and can be purchased in the Home Store for $70,000.
